Sports vision training improves eye-mind-body-coordination so you can see quicker, respond faster. Training techniques may be very simple activities or involve more complex equipment like those below.
Some athletes might have significant visual problems and should first see an optometrist to resolve some of the more complex difficulties. Glasses, contact lenses or sport vision training may be very beneficial.
